I just had some of the best tandoori lamb chops in the East Bay. The closest approximation to these lamb chops for those familiar would be the ones at Pakwan in the mission or tenderloin. They were perfectly char'd and very well seasoned and a bargain at $7.99, the most expensive item on the menu. The naan was very good too. Those two items alone are enough to make this my default tandoori place in Berkeley from now on.
