There's a hot sauce/food festival coming up in Largo on Saturday September 20.
My husband and I went last year. We bought plenty of hot sauces and some inscendiary habanero jelly that made a fabulous glaze on pork and was lovely in coleslaw dressing. This year I want to try it on duck.
If you are interested in going, I have some Bradley's Bahamian (fructescent) pepper seedlings that I'm willing to trade for milder pepper varieties or other edibles or just other interesting plants. If you ask real nice, I might just give you one without trade. I also have a couple of rip-roaring hot peppers in the pepper garden that my hubby has decided he doesn't like the flavor of, so I could pot them up for someone.
