I saw posted here that the chefs at Tamarind formerly worked at Nawab. I had lunch today at Nawab and asked the chef, the waiter and the owner. They say no. What's up? By the way, the food at the lunch buffet today was some of the best Indian food I have ever had. The Naan was light as a feather and almost a redefinition of Naan. Buffet items included Lamb Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garbanzo Curry, Spinach and Lentils, Chicken Tikka, Gulab Jamun (warm). I looked at the menu and they have added quite a few items that I have never seen anywhere before. Samosas with 4 different fillings, 3 different kinds of Pakoras, Fried Mashed Potato Patties (Alu Tikki), and a few others that I can't recall now. I can't wait to go back for dinner real soon.
