Would like to make some kind tamale pie/casserole that would be just like real tamales but without the husk. I've been surprised to learn that almost all tamale pie recipes use cornbread which we wouldn't like at all. Saw this recipe while at a doctor's appt and wondered how I could put polenta on top instead of cornbread. I've only ever used the pre-made polenta. http://www.rachaelraymag.com/recipe/p...
