In Mexico, it is so fun to find a street vendor with a huge selection of tamales, sometimes a dozen or so. In Denver, you usualy just have your red, green, and maybe a veggie or queso.
Anyone know of a place in the Denver area that does more of a full selection? It would be great to find things like different mole sauces, dulce, etc.
2) Relleno con Picadillo
Also, anyone know a place that does a good chilie relleno with picadillo (flavored meat), with a more traditional soufle-like batter, not the eggroll skin or more dense omlete like batter.
