I have had dinner twice at Talulla's which is in the former Silk Road location on W. Franklin St. Many interesting dishes to try, especially for vegetarians. I really liked the mussels "stuffed with rice, currants, allspice and mint." Lamb shish kebobs with "bulgur pilavi" were also good. Slightly less successful was the shrimp, "sauteed shrimp with tomato, basil, and feta cheeese, vegetables wrapped in herb crepe." Lovely presentation and good sauce but the shrimp while medium size, tasted liked canned shrimp. They also have Turkish Pizzas in the $8 to $10 range. I want to go back and try it again.
