Talesai for lunch: should've known better

Sunset location: Ordered the Tom Khar, which is basically described as Tom Kai Gai but with lemongrass and spicier. Got the chicken version. Chicken was not fully cooked. Parts of it were overdone, parts were almost raw. I'm a little worried, as I ate some of it before realizing. I was paying attention to my computer and not my food and thought it was mushroom (had that consistency). Also, it lacked the richness and spicyness I am used to. Totally bland.

The Thai dim sum: Actually, not bad and filling on it's own, which is good b/c I had to call and wait for them to deliver a different dish.

Got the cashew nut chicken. Cooked all the way through, but not very flavorful. Didn't live up to the first aroma of it. But for $7.95 for a lunch special with rice and spring roll, that's not a bad deal. Dim sum is better and with even a small salad would be enough to fill me up. I'll eat here occassionally, as it's close to my office. But nothing to rave about.
