OK, so as a fellow chowhound I have been following the praise and recommendations for this restaurant for months. I was never quite sure where it was in Chinatown (not that I ever made a real effort to find it) but stumbled upon it last night. :) Grabbed a takeout menu, and thought I'd check it out one of these nights. I know it's a pretty authentic spot, but as someone who isn't the most adventurous eater (i.e. pork intestines served w/mustard greens in pork blood), What might you recommend?
I searched for a chicken dish but only found one or two on the menu, and neither of them seemed to be of interest to me. I remember the oysters w/black bean sauce as being a must-get dish. I'm not a huge meat eater; chicken and fish are ok...Anything else?
