Hoping someone can help. I am not sure if Tai Chen Chicken is only found in the NYC area, but I have yet to find it since moving to Buffalo. SOOOOO I wanna make it myself but cannot find a recipe.
I know it is spicy (red pepper flavor), obviously there is chicken in it....water chestnuts....baby corn...I have stir fried often but I know the thing I cannot figure out in this one is the sauce. Any recipes out there???
