Hi, all. Possibly a stupid question, but... I keep seeing all these awesome sounding recipes for tagines that I'd like to try, especially since I was recently given a set of spices that include Ras el Hanout, but i don't have (and at the moment, can't afford) a proper tagine dish, or the pressure cooker that they often suggest using in place of the tagine. Can they be cooked in a crock pot with good results? Or would I be better off just using my cast iron dutch oven? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
