Table Talk w/ Tara Jensen: Quarantine Baking Edition

With the country on lockdown these past few months, baking has seen a major boom in quarantine kitchens. From comforting loaves of sourdough to fluffy cakes, cookies, and whole lot in between, baking projects have been flying in and out of ovens at a record clip. We’re guessing you may have questions, too, which is why we're so glad to have expert baker and author, Tara Jensen, as the subject of our latest Table Talk.

Jensen is a teacher, artist, and maker of tasty baked goods of all sorts. Having started her career in college, she’s since built an impressive following on social media (@bakerhands), pens the popular Sourdough Newsletter focused on natural baking, and recently published her first book “A Baker's Year: Twelve Months of Baking and Living the Simple Life at the Smoke Signals Bakery”
