You have inspired us once again, so we invited Steven to be our next Table Talk guest and we are happy to announce that he has gracefully accepted the invitation.

Steven Raichlen is America’s foremost authority on grilling, smoking, and live-fire cooking. The winner of multiple James Beard and IACP Awards for his many bestselling cookbooks—including Project Smoke, How to Grill, Planet Barbecue, and The Barbecue! Bible®—also hosts the popular PBS TV shows Steven Raichlen’s Project Smoke™, Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen™, and Barbecue University™, as well as the two French language TV shows Le Maître du Grill and the new L’Atelier du Maître du Grill.

An award-winning journalist, Raichlen’s work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Esquire, GQ, Saveur, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and many others. In 2016, he was inducted into the Barbecue Hall of Fame.
