If you had the chance to ask Richard Blais one question, what would it be?

We just got word that Richard Blais will be visiting our studio in New York and he will answer the five most voted questions on this Table Talk thread.

Perhaps most recognizable as the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars, Richard Blais is a successful chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he went on to train at The French Laundry, Daniel, Chez Panisse, and el Bulli.

Richard’s new cookbook So Good: 100 Recipes from my Kitchen to Yours takes a look at how he cooks at home, a little more casual but still just as creative and delicious! There are also some cool techniques and ingredients for those that want to challenge themselves in a few recipes.
