We are delighted to have Chetna Makan, one of the breakout stars of The Great British Bake Off for a Chowhound Table Talk. Chetna is celebrating the release of her third cookbook, Chetna's Healthy Indian, in which she draws from one of the world's great cuisines, and her own experience to deliver easy and healthy Indian dishes.
Roasted chicken with Indian spices, and stewed black lentil dal with red kidney beans are just a few of our favorites from the book and Chetna was kind enough to sit down with us to answer questions. What's more, she'll be answering your questions from now until next Friday, May 3rd. Simply drop them in the comments section below and one lucky person will win a fab surprise!
To participate, send us your questions by Friday, May 3, and be automatically entered in the drawing!
