Welcome to another edition of Table Talk. Today we're bloody thrilled to welcome Benjamina Ebuehi, a London-based food stylist, cookbook author, and social entrepreneur. You may know her as a former contestant—quarter-finalist, to be precise—of the 7th season of The Great British Bake Off (the greatest baking show in history).
Since the show’s finale, Benjamina has been busy working on many projects. Chief among them, a beautiful new cookbook called The New Way to Cake. She also participates in a number of social-minded ventures including Luminary Bakery, an organization that helps arm women with baking skills to help get them employed and back on their feet, as well as The Sister Table, a project she started with her real-life sister.
Starting today and for the next two weeks, Benjamina will be answering all your burning baking (& other) questions in the comments below. And with the holidays upon us so we know you've got some.
You can also follow Benjamina's incredible creations on Twitter & Instagram: @bakedbybenji
