Table Talk with Amanda Haas, Culinary Director of Williams-Sonoma

We're excited to host Amanda Haas—Culinary Director of Williams-Sonoma—on our latest Table Talk episode.

Amanda Haas is the Culinary Director for Williams-Sonoma, managing the company’s test kitchen and cooking class programs. She is an accomplished recipe tester and developer and has contributed to over a dozen cookbooks, including the IACP Cookbook of the Year A16 Food + Wine. Haas has authored two cookbooks, Cooking Light Real Family Food (Oxmoor House, Sept. 2012) and The Anti-Inflammation Cookbook: the Delicious Way to Reduce Inflammation and Stay Healthy (Chronicle Books, Feb. 2016). She pursues her two biggest food passions daily, which are teaching families how to simplify cooking at home, and improving our health through food. She is a graduate of Tante Marie’s Cooking School.

Amanda is welcoming your questions about her role as the Culinary Director of Williams-Sonoma and as an accomplished cookbook author. She’ll share her favorite tips and techniques to take your culinary skills to the next level, with a special focus on how to cook healthy, yet satisfying dishes.
