i have a friend from out east who's dying for some good szechuan in the seattle area. i confess to not being much of a chinese food fan - not from any occidental bias, but because my few attempts have unfortunately been at places that fry and sauce their dishes to death, obscuring any flavor of the ingredients themselves. i am therefore unequipped to help my friend in her search and must turn to you good people. recommendations please?
