I just ordered my copy tonight of Kylie Kwong Recipes and Stories. She is the owner/chef of Billy Kwong, the Chinese restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney, which is my single favorite restaurant on the planet. To give you a sense: on one visit to Sydney, I went to Tetsuya for lunch, and exquisite as it was, all I could think about was going back to Billy Kwong that night for my second dinner there of the week.
Has anyone seen or used the cookbook yet? And how is Billy Kwong doing? I was there last over a year ago.
