Hi, Seattle CH here. My best friend is from Nashville and is obsessed with the "swill" sauce that came on the nachos at the Sunset Grill. We were going to try to serve them at her wedding, and I was going to come out in the spring to try them so I could try to reverse engineer it. Buttttt..... as you probably know, the restaurant closed, and so now I have to try to reverse engineer without having tasted it. So I thought perhaps some of you would have tried it and could suggest what might be in it? Other than cream cheese? Maybe sour cream or mayo? What's the heat--dry mustard or possibly horseradish? Any help would be much appreciated!
