DH came home from Costco with three half-gallons of Silk organic sweetened almond milk. I have been using unsweetened Trader Joe's or Pacific on cereal. I do NOT like the Silk. It's too sweet and very thick (or gummy) because of the gums added to it. I tried making Kashi Pilaf as a desert and it's still really sweet to me. Do you use sweetened almond milk and how? I am struggling with keeping this stuff in the house.
