I'm craving some really good Sweet & Sour Chicken. Problem is, most restaurants in NYC now serve those awful pre-packaged McNugget's thingy's with the glutinous, tasteless sauce.
In Ireland, where I'm from, some restaurants serve what they call "Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese Style": the sauce includes green and red peppers and onions and its usually quite delicious - and the chicken is prepared in the restaurant, in a crisp and tasty batter, not pulled from the frozen food section.
Surely somewhere in NYC there's a good one? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
