It's not really for me, but recently someone (from NC) was asking if there was a good Carolina BBQ place in town. At first I was certain there was no such thing. Then - coincidence - I read a blurb about "Sweet Lucy's" in the Inquierer Table Talk colum (it's on 7500 State Street in the Northeast for those who are interested).
Since I have never tried it -- and even if I had -- I am in no position to judge its authenticity. I was wondering if there are any afficionados out there who had tried it and can render a verdict.
(Being Bloody Northerner myself...the only thing I know from watching TV is it is supposed to be a mustard-based sauce)
