Hello. New here, so I hope I'm doing this right, I often find the answers to my cooking related questions somewhere in this forum so I decided to sign up.
Anyway, the other day my mom came home from the grocery store with a whole bunch of something called sweet kale. Apparently there was a sale. I've never had kale in any form before, but, this stuff doesn't even look like the dark green stuff I've seen before. It is white with dark green at the tips of the leaves, it tastes sort of like cabbage. Any ideas what I can do with it? Preferably where it's cooked without a lot of seasonings, I can't eat raw vegetables so it has to be somewhat cooked. Of course any ideas are welcome, I can always prepare it raw or in a salad or something for my mom, she is the one that bought it after all.
