A friend of mine attended the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota (associated with St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota) and fondly remembers the Swedish Rolls they served at St. Ben's. She has enlisted my help in finding a recipe for them. They're not desserts and they're not pancakes (Swedish *Roll-ups*); they're dinner-type rolls. Any recipes or copycats?
Thanks in advance...
