Swedish Prins-Korv @ Ikea

WildSwede | Jun 2, 200809:26 AM

For those of you who don't know what they are (I would guess many!) - they are small hot dogs in natural casings and they are delicioso! They are about 3" long and they come all attached in a long rope (you get over 20 in a $7.99 package). We had them for dinner the other night (you gently boil them) served with the Ikea (Swedish) Mustard, Asparagus and potatoes. These were always served for "special occasions" in Sweden. I always had them when we were there and visiting my great-grandmother. YUM!
