Has anyone tried SW Meat & Provision in Arcadia/PHX?

tastyjon | Jun 5, 200712:59 PM     11

A neighbor asked if I've tried a certain butcher shop on 48th St. which supposedly sells grass fed beef. I've never noticed one but drove around this morning and sure enough, there's a stand alone store just north of McDowell.

The odd thing is that is wasn't open. In fact, there's a sign out fron that says they are only open on Thursdays from 3-7 p.m. - so I'm not quite sure if they are more of a distribution place rather than a stocked store.

They appear in a list of butchers in an AZ Rep article, but that's about it in terms of news coverage:

Quite the mystery!
