Suzu Ramen..so, so but safe on Saturday!

Noodleer | Jan 28, 200606:26 PM     14

Inspired by Melanie’s recent experience (see link) and a life long interest in public health issues, prepared with a tangerine in one pocket and a litmus stick in the other(my 5 channel digital pH meter would have been too obvious), I tried the mabo ramen at Suzu’s this afternoon. Both the pH and the soup were neutral, but I still managed to finish the whole bowl without difficulty. Thanks to Melanie I can now recognize kansui style noodles.
