My two passions in life are food and wellness. I have spent the last 8.5 years as a personal trainer & yoga instructor and the last 3 also owning a catering and personal chef business. I believe to have real wellness you need to not only look after yourself but your environment as well, so this has opened my eyes to the world of sustainable restaurants.
I am currently a student at the Culinary Institute of America where I am studying to become a professional chef and part of our curriculum is an internship. I would really like to find a place that speaks to both of my passions with killer food and a sustainable food production system. So I'm asking you, what do you think are the most sustainable restaurants in the world? I have to be able to speak the language so that limits us to only English & Spanish speaking locations. I have a few months to figure out where I'm going and apply but would really like to get some help. Thanks in advance.
