Are there any restaurants (or distributors, wholesalers, etc) that mind what fish they sell, where it comes from, and how it's caught? Maybe specific to the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch list, which seems to be the standard measurement? As much as I love Neptune Oyster, I've noticed some no-no's on their menu over the last year... I love seafood, and I'd like to still be able to eat it 40 or 50 years from now, so if there is a restaurant around here that feels the same way, I'd happily travel there for my indulgence. The fact that Atlantic Cod/Scrod is still standard on many boston seafood menus without so much as a whisper by otherwise ecologically-minded people is a little shocking.
