Sushi Taro

This is the one that always seems to pop up whenever someone wants a recommendation for sushi. I've been asked to join a few folks there for dinner Saturday night - we worked together in Japan in 1970 and most of us haven't seen each other since then.

I was a sushi lover 35 years ago but I've pretty much lost my enthusiasm for it other than as a snack. Because of the nature and size of the group, I expect we'll have a table and not be suited at the sushi bar. Will I be embarrassed to eat anything else there (apparently they have other things). And how large a loan will I have to take out in order to eat there?

Is it best to leave the car at home and take Metro? If it's where I think it is, parking was difficult there 40 years ago and I don't imagine it's any easier now.
