We ate at Sushi Sapporo last night and really enjoyed it. Over the years, I've eaten at a lot of the Dallas sushi restaurants and I put Sushi Sapporo near the top. It's new and has a large sushi bar which is good to see as most other places during the busy times you have to shoehorn your way into a seat at the bar.
We enjoyed edamame beans, miso soup, sake, Kirin beer, nigri (yellowtail, tuna), and rolls (California, salmon skin, crunchy shrimp, spicy tuna). The servings were a good size, the ingredients were fresh, the sushi chef was efficient, and the service was good. The prices are a little on the high side but still worth it. There were very few people in the restaurant so I'm hoping they stay in business. I asked the valet if they were busy on weekends and he said they were but who knows.
