Sushi Rock Cafe, Las Olas

My friends and I just got back from here for my birthday dinner and I just had to make sure that my fellow CHs know about this place. I am absolutely convinced that you can just open their menu to the signature rolls page, close your eyes, and point, and you will have picked something delicious. It is a funky little hole in the wall place (if you go with over 20 people, im pretty sure youd have filled the place!) and dont take reservations, but if there is a line, its worth the wait. on this particular trip, there were six of us eating sushi, we ordered 6 rolls, and all left satisifyingly full.

The rolls we had were: The Big Bopper, Strawberry Fields Forever, The Monkees, The Yellow Submarine, The Pink Floyd, and the Micheal Jackson. If i wasnt full I would have ordered a entire second boat and not have changed a single thing. they were all delicious. The strangest and best were the strawberry fields forever (eel, strawberries, avacado, and green apple) and the monkees (tempura banana, bbq eel, and cream cheese) but they were all great. turned three of my friends who hated sushi before into sushi-lovers!
