Does anyone know the difference between Nigiri and Sushi? I know sashimi is just the raw fish served on its own. Is nigiri and sushi used interchangeably?
Also, the best sushi that I can afford is at Iroha in Studio City. I love their albacore sashimi special(served with ponzu sauce and crisp onions) and spicy tuna hand roll. OK, I'm only a novice at sushi. I usually just stick to the basics. Good black cod, too (baked, with slightly sweet glaze, appetizer size).
