Question: the "When bad food happens to good people"
section of this website states: "A recent study of
sushi in restaurants in Oregon found that an
appreciable amount of salmon sushi contains parasitic
worms. Salmon was by far the worst, tuna the safest
(no worms found at all)"
Does this apply to smoked salmon as well? I LOVE
smoked salmon and will eat A LOT of it any chance I
get! Am I exposing myself to parasitic worms??!! I
also love salmon sushi, as well as tuna which they
claim is safe. Is there any credible resource in
which to turn? What is the real story?
