Anyone know the nutritional breakdown of sushi (nigiri) and sashimi?
How much is too much?
I have been on a sushi kick for months (at least once a week, often three times in two weeks).
My husband thinks it is bad for my health and/or dangerous and/or I am having an affair with my sushi chef.
I think that is good for my health (better than duck fat anyway) although ruinously expensive.
