Sushi in Munich

There are many places, but these are my favorites –reservation strictly recommended-:

Nomya is dubbed „The Bavarian Japanese“. Bavarian style restaurant with Japanese food. Besides all kind of rolls you get ramen and especially many kinds of yakitori from the open central Teppan-Yaki grill. They have several Bavarian beer specialities. Casual neighbourhood restaurant in the increasingly popular Haidhausen area with mostly communal seating.

Open from 6 pm

As Nomya offers no sashimi their chef recommended for that Sushibar. An absolute find right in the heart of Schwabing. Relatively big and pleasant Japanese-style restaurant. Very popular among the beautiful. All kind of Japanese food. Sashimi so big I almost needed a doggy bag. (Sake =salmon = 14.-, home service 13.-, take-out 12.-)

Tiny restaurant. At lunch they have an excellent menu consisting of soup + salad + either selection of different 8 rolls, sashimi or a changing speciality of the day. Only 8.- Euro! Many Japanese guests.
