Why does Sushi Kimagure not get much love here?

TailbackU | Dec 16, 201410:46 AM     12

I've eaten at most of the top sushi places in the LA area and for pure nigiri sushi, I find myself coming back to Kimagure as my favorite. Yes Mori's rice is exceptional if not perfect, but something about it is just not as satisfying as Kimagure to me. Shunji's cooked dishes are michelin star worthy but I felt like his nigiri left something to be desired. Kiriko and Zo are also both very good but for what they charge, I'll pick Kimagure every time.

You guys can tell me to go pound sand because I know how much all of you love these places. Don't get me wrong, all these places are very very good but every time I eat at these places, I leave feeling like I would rather spend my money at Kimagure.

I will now go hide while you guys vote to kick me off the island.
