I had an excellent dinner here in late November. The chef was open and friendly and his English was good enough to have some conversation (certainly a great deal better than my Japanese).
The quality of the food was outstanding - I really enjoyed the texture of the rice combined with some obviously high quality produce. This was the ¥30,000 dinner course with 20 items. The options were 20k, 30k and 50k.
Does anyone know what the tea is that is served here? I enjoyed the flavour and the match with the food, but forgot to ask for details.
18 of the 20 items we had are pictured at the link below, there was a third piece of Tuna before the chutoro and otoro and at the end a long Makizushi with diced fatty tuna that I didn't photograph.
