Sushi Itto, yet another great and unexpectedly exceptional meal

Sushi Itto betrays its' name.

Sushi can be so fit to style that you actually lose some of the artistry. Sushi Itto goes above and busts basic stereo types.

Don't go to Sushi Itto for quality slabs of fish on rice; they have those and they are spectacular. No, go for the rolls. Tell the sushi chef to make you a special roll and expect the unexpected.

Cilantro, pickled onion, habanero, grilled and peppered tuna over a spicy tuna cut roll, with tatake sauce. Amazing.

My date and I had three rolls (spice lovers; always ask for the habanero sauce), two toro sushi and that amazing roll.

Under $50 with a tall beer and a glass of wine.

They bill this as Japanese fusion and it is oh so good.

Oh yes, Sushi Itto.
