My friends and I went to Sushi Echigo for the lunch special today (just got back, actually). I am a convert - the fish was so fresh and tasty, I didn't need any soy sauce or wasabi ... it was perfect. We had yellowtail, snapper, salmon, albacore tuna, and the crab handroll.

What's dinner like there? I'm looking for a dinner place with that kind of quality sushi in West Los Angeles. Any suggestions?
