I just completed this 6 week series this morning and I have to say it was absolutely fabulous!
For anyone wanting to learn to make sushi in the TO area... this is the place. Some classmates were sushi fans like me - and a few others were planning on making a go of it professionally.
The ingredients were very good and quite extensive, and the end products both traditional and 'new wave' - like sushi pizza.
Chef David apprenticed in Japan and is very friendly and easy to follow.
Just thought I would share my good experience,
The course cost around $275 for 6 weeks and I brought home a lot of sushi!
I highly recommend this class.
