Anyone ever have Surströmming (fermented herring) or know where I can get some in Boston? I found a description here
And I want to try some. Apparently it smells really disgusting. There is a Swedish Bakery called Swansons I know of and they say they have pickled herring but I think that is not the same. Also checked Cardulos in Harvard Square but they also only have pickled herring.
Can anyone help?
