I used to love watching the Food Networks "Surreal Gourmet," and especially liked the toasted pound cake sliced like french fries, served in a cardboard french fry container, with a squeeze bottle of rasberry sauce.
Since the 11 people I am hosting for Thanksgiving are the most surreal people I know, I thought a surreal meal would be appropriate. Does anyone have any ideas for cooking or presenting this standard holiday meal of roast bird, dressing, yams and veggies in a surreal way?
