Has anyone seen this? I've yet to watch a whole show (it's on Lifetime, after Project Runway, IIRC), but it could have promise.
3 home cooks who have delusions that their homemade product NEEDS to be in grocery stores. 3 judges (Debbie Fields, Marc Chiarello, and some tech guy), then a final judging by some A & P guy.
The judges taste the 1st go-'round of the product, offer critiques, then Marc serves as mentor, along w/ another tech guy, with specifics on the costs of ingredients, nutrition profile, how to mass produce. Contestants also have to design their own logo, packaging, then present to the A&P guy. 1 winner each episode, who will later compete w/ all the other winners for some final real-store try-outs.
