Superior samosas in Somerville

aromatherapy | May 5, 2003 11:10 AM

I stopped into a little place on Summer St. near School--they have a sign out on the sidewalk advertising Indian food to take away or eat in. Samia Indian Sweet Shop, or something like that. At 3 pm on Sunday they had an array of sweets and just samosas for savory. The samosas (vegetarian) were really good. The pastry was light and flaky, the filling well and interestingly seasoned, with a distinct chili kick. 75 cents each.

Any info about this place? Do they ever have have more substantial food? I'm very curious and it'll be weeks before I'll have a chance to get back there.
