My sister bought me the kitchenaid grinder as an engagement party gift last year. It took a seminal encounter with a Zuni Cafe rabbit sausage for us to start using it.
We bought the sausage stuffer and have now made sausage stuffed in lamb casing three times: rabbit, rabbit, pork. Rabbit is more than worth the effort. Pork was only marginally better than a local German place.
