Sunflower oil

I am making a pilaf with currants and pine nuts from Claudia Roden's "New Book of Middle Eastern Cooking." It calls for three tablespoons (for two cups of rice). What would make a good substitution if I don't buy sunflower oil? It would be a bit of a different flavor, of course, but I'm thinking half walnut half olive might work. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Aaron
