Sundubu-jjigae - Need Spicy Tofu stew - Out here wondering in the Chow Desert

I'm craving a spicy Korean tofu stew, perhaps with shrimp and chicken stock, but no meat.

I'm temporarily living near a chow no-man's-land. I've stocked up on some crucial items like Korean pepperflakes and such. Perhaps, Sundubu-jjigae? I've been searching the net, and have not found much to speak about.
