Sunday lunch that's not totally crowded?

Tried to go out for lunch with my family on Sunday. Huge mistake. Every place in the greater Chestnut Hill/Flourtown/Ambler area we could think of was packed! Or worse yet, closed (Fairlane closes at NOON)!?!? OK, we thought of a few places that were not packed, but didn't want to eat lousy food just to eat out. Came home and ate leftovers from the fridge.

So if it were you (and you had two children and two grandparents in tow, who did NOT want to stand in line for 30-45 mins to get a table), where would you go for lunch on a Sunday? We're open to all types of food, as long as it's tasty and affordable.

Would prefer to keep the driving to a minimum as well, so maybe within 15 minute drive of Chestnut Hill?
