This is located right across the street from the pan pacific hotel at Canada Place which in my opinion offers the best sunday brunch experience at in vancouver.
Heron's restaraunt is a close second. All of the food is first rate. good selection of hot and cold seafood.

sushi and sashimi using farmed fish.bigger selection than pan pacific but inferior quality.
clams in a cream sauce-very good
mussels in tomato based sauce- good
2 kinds of smoked salmon
candied smoked salmon
additional varieties of smoked fish
jumbo prawns in citrus based sauce
perfectly prepared eggs benedict
leg of lamb
roast herbed chicken
baby back ribs
basmati rice with dried fruits
dim sum - ha gow, sui mai
turkey sausages, country sausages- all great
breads, croissants, pastries, deserts - good selection
price 32.00 cad pp
Pan pacific hotel across the street provides a better selection of foods of a gourmet quality. usually seafoods at the pan pacific include raw oysters, king crab, excellent but limited selection of sushi using wild fish.
pan pacific usually has other exotic dishes such as chilean sea bass or roasted duck breast . these kinds of higher end items were missing at Heron's.
also has live entertainment but price of 42.00 cad pp.
still i think if you are going to spend 32.00 you might as well go across the street and spend the extra ten bucks for an outstanding brunch experience
